SAC-IT Technical Diploma

Northcentral Technical College

The Northcentral Technical College SAC-IT Technical Diploma is comprised of 37 credits. The program equips individuals with essential skills and knowledge specific to substance abuse counseling and recovery while encompassing educational prerequisites for licensing in the state of WI. Rachel has chosen to apply what she has learned as life skills and not pursue a career in SAC at this time. 

2023 - 2026

The David Grove Method

3 year apprenticeship

JoKasha Klest

Sheboygan, WI

Rachel completed facilitator training and an apprenticeship under the supervision of advanced practitioner JoKasha Klest, LCSW. This method was initially referred to as Clean Language/Symbolic Modeling and was developed by David Grove. David, who drew inspiration from his lineage, was originally from New Zealand and of Māori descent. He taught this method throughout the US and other countries before passing in the early 2000’s. The David Grove Method is used today in many environments including life-coaching, pyschotherapy, schools, and corporations.

2019

SoulCollage Facilitator Training

SoulCollage, Inc.

Rachel completed this training under the guidance of Mariabruna Sirabella, LMFT, MFT, after 10 years of practicing SoulCollage® herself. She fell in love with the creative and healing nature of the process and the way it helps her gain new perspectives, discover and connect with aspects of herself, and honor her essential self. 

2018

Meditation and Mindfulness Certification (AMA Accredited)

School of Positive Psychology

Boulder, CO

Rachel completed this program with Dr. Itai Ivtzan, the founder of the school and a renowned positive psychologist, who teaches and conducts research at Naropa University within the MA Clinical Mental Health Counseling Mindfulness-Based program. 

2011-2012

Yoga Teacher Training

200hr Certification

YogaLoft

Sheboygan, WI

Rachel pursued her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) after receiving a scholarship from the studio where she honed her practice. Through this program, Rachel deepened her understanding of yoga and its profound impact on the mind and body.

Beyond the practice of yoga, SoulCollage®, and continuing education to support her role as a facilitator and educator, Rachel enjoys hiking, being in nature, native and natural gardening, good food, and traveling.
